These terms are the agreement between you and MyInflu.link. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
This summary is for orientation only. The numbered sections below are the actual agreement.
MyInflu.link is operated by MyInfluencers LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Qatar under registration number 05167. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, form the whole agreement between us about your use of the service.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that organisation.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must not use the service if we have previously terminated your account, or if the law where you are prohibits it.
You need an account to publish a page. You agree to give accurate registration details and to keep your email address current, because that is how we reach you about security and billing.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access. We are not liable for losses caused by someone else using your credentials, but we will help you regain control.

Pro additionally includes smart routing by country, device and browser, link rotators, tracking pixels, data export, downloadable files, and passwords, expiry dates and click limits on short links. Uploads are limited to 100 MB per file and 200 MB per account on every plan.
Free is genuinely free and is not a trial. We may change what each plan includes; if a change materially reduces what you already pay for, section 21 applies.
Payments are not live yet. Until online checkout is available, a paid plan is arranged with us directly. Nothing on this site charges you automatically. The rest of this section describes how billing will work once it is enabled.
Paid plans, Starter and Pro, are billed in advance for the period you choose, monthly or annually, and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect, which is added at checkout where applicable.
Payments are non-refundable. A billing period that has started is charged in full, whether or not you use the service during it, and we do not refund part-used periods, unused time, or periods you forgot to cancel.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, so cancelling early never shortens what you bought.
Where the law of the country you live in gives you a refund or cancellation right, that right still applies and nothing here removes it.
If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you may cancel before then.
If a payment fails or you cancel, your account returns to Free. Nothing you made is deleted. Every link, short link and biolink page stays in your account and stays editable, and all of it returns the moment you subscribe again.
What changes is what your public page serves. It shows the first links your plan carries, in the order you have put them in, and any beyond that number stop appearing until you are back under the limit or on a plan that carries them. You choose which ones those are by reordering your links. The MyInflu.link badge also returns to your page, and you cannot create new short links or biolink pages, or set a custom design, while you are on Free.
Your username is your public address, myinflu.link/yourname. Usernames are allocated
first come, first served, and some are reserved for the platform.
"Your content" means everything you add: your display name, bio, photo, link titles and destinations, and your appearance settings. You keep all rights to it.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content solely in order to operate the service, that is, to show your page to people who visit it, generate your QR code, and produce link previews when your page is shared. This licence exists only so the software can do its job. It ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backup copies that are overwritten in the ordinary course.
You confirm that you own your content or have the rights to publish it, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.
MyInflu.link sends visitors to other websites. We check that a link is a well-formed web address and we block schemes that are unsafe to publish, but we do not review, endorse or control what is on the other end, and destinations can change after you add them.
A link on your page is your recommendation, not ours. You are responsible for where your links point, including for any disclosure the law requires of you, for example marking affiliate or paid promotional links.
You must not use MyInflu.link to:
We may investigate suspected breaches and take the action described in section 14.
If you believe content on MyInflu.link, or a page we host that links to it, infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@myinflu.link including:
We will remove or disable access to content we determine is infringing, and we will tell the person who published it. If you are that person and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent information. We may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe.
The service itself, meaning the software, the design, the MyInflu.link name and logo, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to own any part of it. You may not use our name or logo to suggest an endorsement or partnership without our written permission.
If you send us suggestions, we may use them without restriction, credit or payment. You keep any rights you have in them; you are simply not obliged to send them, and we are not obliged to keep them confidential.
Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we store, why, and who else is involved, including the fact that we record visitor IP addresses for your analytics, and that our own pages, and a public page whose creator chose a custom typeface, load a font from Google. Please read it; it forms part of this agreement.
You may stop using the service at any time, and delete your account yourself from your settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your page stops resolving, and your links, analytics and uploaded photo are removed. The one record we retain is explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that creates legal risk for us or another user, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first; for serious breaches we may act immediately.
A suspended page stops resolving and returns the same "not found" response as an address that was never registered. This is deliberate: your audience is not shown a notice about you. If you believe we have made a mistake, write to us and we will look again.
Sections 7 (as to content already lawfully displayed), 11, 12, and 16 to 20 continue to apply after your account ends.
We work to keep MyInflu.link available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we do not currently offer a service-level guarantee. Maintenance, outages and third-party failures happen.
We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue the service altogether, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your links.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or secure, or that any traffic, engagement or income will result from using it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, traffic, goodwill or data, however caused.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service, in any 12-month period, is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$50.
These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, and they reflect a reasonable allocation of risk for a service offered at this price, including one offered free of charge.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs brought by a third party arising from your content, the destinations you link to, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms. We will notify you of any such claim and you may control the defence, provided any settlement that affects us requires our consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us. Most issues are resolved quickly and without cost that way.
We may update these terms. When a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect, and you may close your account before then if you do not accept it. Minor changes, meaning corrections, clarifications and new features that do not reduce your rights, take effect when posted. The date at the top always shows the current version.
