This describes exactly what MyInflu.link stores, why, and who else can see it. It is written to match what the software actually does, rather than to be vague.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Email address | To sign you in, verify your account, and reset your password. Never shown publicly. |
| Password | Stored only as a bcrypt hash. We cannot read it, and neither can anyone with database access. |
| Username | It is your public address, myinflu.link/yourname. |
| Display name, bio, photo | Shown on your public page because that is the point of it. |
| Your links | Titles and destinations, shown publicly. |
| Appearance settings | Colours, font and corner style for your page. |
| Verification codes | Six-digit codes, good for 10 minutes. Once a code is used we mark it spent and keep the row with its date, so the same code can never work twice. |
When somebody opens your profile, opens one of your biolink pages, follows one of your short links, or taps one of your links, we store a row so you can see your analytics. That row contains:
MyInflu.link builds no advertising profiles, follows nobody across other websites, and runs no third-party analytics of its own. A tracking pixel that a Pro creator attaches to one of their short links does whatever that company's pixel does.
MyInflu.link sets no cookies. A creator's tracking pixel on a short link can set cookies of its own. Your session is a token kept in your browser's local storage, which is why there is no cookie banner. Clearing your browser data signs you out.
Everything sits in the United Kingdom. The server, the database and the photos you upload are on one machine in Manchester, England, run by Hostinger, which also delivers our email. One machine, one country.
The company that decides how your data is used, MyInfluencers LLC, is registered in the State of Qatar. Your data stays where it is described above.
That is the complete list for MyInflu.link itself. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your username, display name, bio, photo and links are public by design. Anybody with the address can see them, including search engines. Your email address, password and analytics are not.
Your profile, links and settings stay as long as your account exists. Analytics rows have a clock of their own: a Free account sees the last 7 days, Starter the last 90, and Pro the full history. Page view rows for Free and Starter accounts are cleared from the server once they pass 90 days.
Deleting your account removes your profile, links, short links, click history and page views immediately and permanently, and deletes your uploaded photo from the server.
One deliberate exception. If you change your username, we keep a record of the old one so it keeps redirecting to you and so nobody else can claim it. Releasing an old handle would hand every link you had already shared to a stranger. That record is the old name and the date, nothing else.
You can see and edit everything we hold about you from your dashboard, and delete all of it from Settings → Delete account. If you would rather we did it, or you want a copy of your data, ask us.
All traffic is HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use signed tokens that expire after seven days. Sign-in and signup attempts are rate limited.
MyInflu.link is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page and update the date above.
MyInflu.link is operated by MyInfluencers LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Qatar under registration number 05167. MyInfluencers LLC decides how and why your data is used.
